Funcom:
I am presently unable to play in “Online” mode. Every time I try to “Play Online,” I get messages about being unable to login.
When I attempt to retry, it tries for a split second to connect to Funcom Live Services, and then fails again.
Help.

No it may have just popped up and they aren’t aware and to note that the office hours would vary as they may not be at work on these forums right this hour and they got to see if it’s gportal (something went wrong with a server system/ I’ve seen a event for another game that server caught fire an burned 1+ years of game play and mine was completely erased) or they had a bad storm/ power/connection lost or if it’s something wrong with funcom side

Game hung in a vault. I rebooted, now I cannot sign into online play.
None of that should happen. Many hangs have been happening of late.

This has also just happened to me - logged out for 5 minute, came back and says cant connect to online mode?
Same with me, cannot login. But before I correctly loged out to switch to another server. Since then pc restart, router restart … nothing helps. This all started around 30min ago …

I’m also seeing this. Was able to close out steam in the task manager and start up again to fix once. Now same process is no bueno. This has never happened before today and I’ve played frequently for the last few weeks.

Jeeezz - we paid money for the game, dlc and private server and not able to play - kinda pissed off.
Pls get rid of this live service - this is a bummer and helps no one.

The same situation, happening if try to play online - next window popping up is Offline mode announcement: “Unable to login, please restart or try again later…”
I’m having the same issue. Logged for lunch came back and can only play in off-line mode. Can’t connect to my private server
