I am connecting through on PC through Steam.
For two days, I have been unable to connect at all, to even get to the server selection screens.
It says Online mode is unavailable. I can’t get a connection to Funcom Live Services.
All network connections are fine. All other games are fine. I have tried to verify game files, that’s fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I am still unable to connect. I play on a private server with just me and my wife on it. She can connect fine. What gives?

I have the same issue, playing through Steam, only Offline mode works. On 26-04-2023 it still worked around 20.00 hrs (GMT+1). At time of writing it does not.
Same, steamed updated and rename the version of “SteamService.dll” file.
I rebooted my pc, flush my dns all that other network jazz.
Tried launching the launcher as admin among other fix.
Even google and tried every solution I could find without fixing it

I’m having the same issue. Had no problem earlier in the day. Right before I launched the game I saw that steam wanted to do an update so I let it restart, wonder if that’s the cause.
after the steam update i had about 10-15 min ago i am also stuck in offline mode as well…

I was having a similar issue. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled and it works again. I hope this helps.
