Cant connect to funcom live services and when i exit conan it stays running in background and cant be turned off

Bug Description:

Cant connect to funcom live services

Bug Reproduction:

tried to play conan

every time i try and login into conan it loads for about 3 mins then refuses to connect and then after exiting the game it stays open in background even after task manager and end task. i have verified files and done a complete re-install

Thank you for your report. Please follow the steps to verify your game files:

  1. Open Steam
  2. In Library, click with the right button on the game and select “Properties”
  3. Select the Local files
  4. Select Verify integrity of game files….

Thank you @SpherisCore for pointing that out. I’ll be more careful next time :pray:

In that case, @Drotlak, can you please try to use the “Change account” option on the Steam main menu?

That will force Steam to completely restart.

Please let us know if the issue still persists afterward.
