Error: Cannot Connect to Funcom Live Services

Bug Description:

I cannot play online. After the intro video ends, the game tries to connect to funcom live services. It fails to connect every single time. I have opened ports, restarted my router multiple times, verified my game files on Steam, activated the DMZ setting on my router, turned off my firewall. Nothing has worked. I have no mods installed and am not subscribed to any on Steam.

Bug Reproduction:

I start the game and I get the offline mode only message after it fails to connect. I can click “try again” and it will try to connect to FSL for a few minutes before giving the same message.

Thank you for your report. Please try to completely exit Steam by using the “Change accounts” option on the main menu.

Note that this will cause a new login and might require your password again.

Hello and thank you for the quick reply.

I tried this a few times, including stopping Steam from the task manager, and I have gotten the same error in Conan. There is still a repeating failure to connect to Funcom Live Services.
