Been waiting almost 3 weeks now for help, and nothing happens. Updated my petition twice, but it didn’t help. So question is, have you fired all gm’s and other support ?

I think we’re left with maybe 1gm. Even tough in the last update regarding customer support/ petition they said nothing will change for premium players. That was misleading info, ALL players are treated the same way. Most that complain about wait time are sub players.
