Armor values with t4 thrall

funcom plz tell me - is this intended or not that any t4 armorer gives +100%/120% of defend values of armor peaces?
mb u made some mistake and not “* 120%” but “+ 120%”? thats why we have balance break of armor types?
if armor set gives 80 armor without thrall and gives 176 WITH armor and not 96… its not critical issue?
cuz all other thralls like carpenter or blacksmiths gives bonuses like ~20%

as a result, we have a light has amor as a medium, and a medium as a heavy. and the heavy is absolutely usless.

so the question is - was this done on purpose? or a mistake?

I just tried crafting some Argossean Phalanx Helms in single-player, at a Garrison Armorer’s Bench. Here are the results I obtained for the armor value:

  • without an armorer: 160
  • with Irniz of the Furnace (Temperwright): 192 (i.e. +20%)
  • with Ogrus Iron-eater (Shieldwright): 211.2 (i.e. +32%)

This is entirely consistent with what’s in the wiki:

If you’re getting +120%, that means you’re using a Shieldwright and crafting light armor.

so… if this is OK - no questions…

then need to fix this bonuses for priests too… for exapmle Hoshun the Fang t4 set priest. dont give this values for set armor.

So what I’m looking at does indicate the T4 does not off armor increase appropriately based on the numbers, for what seems to be across the board.

Dunno if it’s a known and reported bug.

Yeah, wiki says that armor bonuses from seneschals seem to be bugged. I can’t find any bug report for that, so it might be a good idea to create one.

With some testing, Hoshun specifically and a Ymir Sen, the wiki is certainly right. You can expect some durability increase but no AC bonus.

I don’t know if this is intended or not honestly, maybe some rework on their road map. But testing with a T3 set priest this is no increase in AC either.
