I bought the Early Access version of Conan Exiles last year and got the Armor but i wanted the Sword too so i bought the Pre-Order Edition too and got the Key but it says the Key is already used and i dont get the Sword. I did a Tweet where i showed a Screenshot of my Crafting Menu and i cant craft it.
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re having with the Pre-Order Edition. Please keep in mind that the Atlantean Sword is only available in physical (that is, not digital) copies of Conan Exiles Day One Edition. If you purchased a physical copy of the game, could you please let me know which platform you are playing Conan Exiles on?

I have the same issue on ps4. Putting code in and it says playstation network card has already been used. But how. I just literally opend a sealed game 10 minutes ago so the code is brand new
