Since a couple of patches whenever you switch from 1st to 3rd person it automatically tries to lock on to an enemy. Can this be disabled? Ty.

This does not sound like an intended mechanic my friend. This sounds like a bug.
A couple other people I talked to also experience this. 
But not you?
Personally no. I’ve talked to a few of my pc friends and they have not experienced this issue. I play ps4 and asked them to see if they had the issue. (There is a new patch that just went to test live that may or may not fix that for you. I am sure you could check.)
