Bad decay timers

Bug Description:

Decay timers not correct

So after finally getting game pass to work. I log in to find all my resources / thralls decayed in the tower by the Great Damn.
Except some things in the corner.
So after rebuilding a bit. The stuff that didnt decay is still at 336hrs. Yet. What I just built wont go past 100hrs. I have built all over this tower. Everything is 336hrs. Except this area.

What gives?

What has become of this? Nothing in this “cave” is refreshing its decay timers properly other then what didnt decay.
I even built over top of whats there and the timer is at 59 hrs right now.
Just placed a Artisian table and a Sandstone block. You can see the results.
