Base armor temperature resistance regression

Base game Epic Flawless armors no longer have the same degree of temperature resistance as DLC armors.

I have seen this described as only being a glitch of display and not function, but I’ve verified that standing in the same hot zone with Epic Flawless Heat Resist DLC armor outperforms Epic Flawless Medium armor.

Yep been happening for a while now. So annoying. This needs fixing pronto!
