Guardian Armor Resistance Bugged

Flawless Epic Guardian Armor currently provides too much resistance. At current it provides 8 bars
of both cold and heat outclassing every other armor set in the entire game. This is not, I repeat not, simply an issue of the recently updated temperature resistance system. This is an error with the armor itself. If it were not it would be a very bad message to send to customers that they need to buy DLCs to get the best armor in the game.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Equip a set of Flawless Epic Guardian armor
  2. Open the stats screen

Yeah, it’s definitely broken.

As you say, despite the response that got the issue is not in line with the temp changes as they mention nothing about making a single set of DLC armour far superior to anything else. And that’s what has happened - the DLC Guardian armour is flat out superior for temperature management in all scenarios, both HEAT and COLD.
