Some of the Exiled Lands recipes are so practical and ubiquitous, Glowing Stick, Aloe Soup (even with nerf), Herbal Tea, Race Weapon Sets and Armor, Tons of City Recipes etc. can anyone point me to a guide for these essential goodies?

The tea can be bought from the vendors at the top of the map. Other recipes I have found as scroll drops from those Exiled Lands mobs that drop from the sky. I found some emotes on a message in a bottle by a river.
So far I have found a bottle on a beach, a bottle by a river, and a dictionary in a chest. Wish I knew where the rest were.
