The have said that if you equipped a skin you have not unlocked it will show up as a basic pice of gear what hapens to crafted gear and mounts can some one tell me plz

Err, you’d have a dragon bone katana? I’m not really sure what you’re asking here. If you haven’t unlocked the weapon/armor/whatever from the Battlepass or the Bazaar, you can’t craft or equip it. If it’s a base game item that simply has the illusion of a Battlepass/Bazaar item that you haven’t unlocked applied to it, then it simply shows the base appearance for you, not the illusory one. This way, if you loot it from another player, you can equip it. If you loot the Battlepass/Bazaar item directly, then you simply won’t be able to use it at all.

If the horse/rhino has a Bazaar/Battlepass skin that you don’t own, then you simply won’t be able to mount it.

welcome to the party pall - blocking skins is the worst idea of all…
at least give people to opportunity collect stuff, store and recycle for materials…
Not being able to repair it wit raw mats would be ok at least then it’s still useable for a bit but they way it is now the guy you killed gave us 10$ if you want to use his stuff you alos need to gives 10$
