It is not that simple. BatteEye kicks anything that doesn’t seem like a vanilla game (on the PC). That is the easy-to-understand part. Hackers may help fix the game (with their expensive tools), and I’m sure there are semantics to make a bigger mess. That is it (semantics) strays further than plain orthogonal expectations. Looks like another logical scarecrow that seems working.
Devs, could you fix your game ?!?
How hard is to disable this bs eye until get it fixed ???

In other, more secret corners - I get the impression that there is a TOTAL lack of accountability. And they are simply blaming this all on BattlEye. Who probably delivered them a notice that the shift in IP sets was happening.
There must be ACCOUNTABILITY. There must be COMMUNICATION. There has been NONE of either of these.
We need a PC Gamer journalist, or a Game Rant person to document all of this BattlEye mess. And document how they are just flat ignoring the gaming community. And then allude to what is going to happen, support-wise with Dune Awakening.
Then - maybe - they’ll change their tune. Probably not, tho.
we need them to do it on funcom not just battle eye, I feel like players wouldn’t be so upset if this was the only issue they’ve had to deal with of the past year and a half but the truth is the game has been in a consistent decline in every aspect since they’ve started messing with it again. I feel like I’m playing a game that is still in beta. We also need the community to stop buying into the over priced bazaar crap and hold them accountable instead of funding their ability to make Dune just to treat us the same way when the game comes out.
Oh, I completely agree. The hit piece needs to be absolutely aimed at Funcom and their dereliction of support with their game property Conan Exiles.

I’m starting to think funcom is just trying to push people off officials and into getting their own private servers so they can close down more officials without backlash
the lack of response from funcom makes me wonder if battle eye is even aware of what their system is currently doing, If there is this large of a lack of communication with the community I could only imagine the lack of communication they have with their 3rd party services
So managed to play for an hour yesterday after work ok but now got kicked after 5min with the same error again. Also i noticed in resource monitor there is a random BEservice.exe being blocked but everything in my firewall shows as ‘allowed not restricted’ so i don’t know where that is located and the port related to it seems to change 60572 now but was 58 something yesterday?
there seems to be a problem with battle eye not so much conan since apparently acording to the search engine this has been happening with other battle eye games, hope its fixed soon would love to see a psa on the steam news when its fixed
So i just re launched the game and its now using port 58754 according to resource monitor and although it still says not allowed/not restricted I’ve stayed ingame for longer than the usual 5minutes. My knowledge about how connections/ports work is very limited but seems that some work and others with throw up the disconnect error. Although rebooting the game over and over to find out which ones is a pain in the…
Also does this battleye connection happen just the once on game launch or will it change mid gameplay and potentially kick you again?

How many days of your game being unplayable for everyone will it take for an official announcement to be given out?
I doubt it. Why even spend any Q&A time on that? Here, I can reset a base once or twice a day. Q&A teams may be silent for much longer time (6 months now?) I’m positive that waiting in queue is only passive.
If this isnt fixed before my buildings have decayed I seriously doubt I will return to play.
This has been a “game stopping” issue for several days, i.e. for too long, now.
Obviousily it is Battleye kicking players out on both official and private servers.
As a workaround until the real cause is found and fixed FunCom should disable Battleye functionality so we all can play. If not fixed soon I will uninstall the game; there are plenty of other games without all hazzle.
Hope the issue has finally resolved?

You see… it’s not their problem. Even though the fault is on the part of a supporting / tied-in product, there is no need for them to take any accountability.
