BattleEye repeatedly kicks me out on query timeout

Need to know what platform is used where the users receive the errors above. This could be plain win X home or win X pro. It is too much guessing atm. It also could be proton, wine, and steam. X could be 10 or 11.

Right now I suggest upgrading to win 11 (either pro of home).

same issue here, and still persist. checked 15 mins ago. and for sure it’s not firewall related… just started to happen few days ago.

I recommend that anyone who still has the problem send a ticket to Zendesk support, specifying the server in question.

I also pointed out in my ticket that many servers and players are affected by the problem, but support only considered my request for my server.

It turns out that BEService.exe is also in this folder Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye I have added new rule to firewall for in and out and so far I have been on official server for at least 20 minutes. It is the longest I have been able to play today.

Happening to us on my own server and private other servers.

How / where do we lodge a zendesk ticket please as I will definitely do that.

I confirmed this problem has not been fixed on my server. I got kicked at 15:36 EDT.

Same thing happens to me about every 7 minutes.

I can confirm that this works for me I had been playin guntil 9.45 without a single battleye kick so as a final test I disabled the new rule in the firewall and within 5 minutes I was kicked by battleye.
I have spent all day disabling firewall, antivirus repairing windows and updating windows all to no avail it was only when I looked at the connections that were being made by BEService.exe using this program which is a free download https://download.sysinternals.com/files/TCPView.zip that I was able to see the second BEService.exe and when I right clicked it and saw its properties the path was revealed C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye\BEService.exe.
For some reason this is not being allowed through the firewall and by enabling it to be allowed through the firewall both incoming and outgoing I was able to play for several hours.
For me this has worked I hope it works for you until it is corrected.

Also getting kicked. Annoying as all get out. Enough to make me wanna rage quit.

I got the same thing, when I did get back in all my stuff except for a few building pieces and a couple of chests, it looks like it did shortly after I got merged to this severe.

When I looked at info, it showed no one else on the severe and not server activity
If I don’t get my stuff back this time, I’m going to quit, this is the fourth time I’ve lost everything on an official sever, counting the merge.

Not running any mods. Not blocking anything and this time a very small base.

I have tried again this morning on Official server #1951 PvE , took screenshots of the countdown.
starting at 8:01 and continued to 8:18, just typed in 8:19, then the connection closed before i could take a screenshot.
Submited a ticket wtih the screenshot via the Submit a request – Funcom (zendesk.com)

I wonder if all of us having this issue have something in common.

For instance:

My character is bugged with only 59 attribute points at lvl 60, instead of 60 attribute points. I decided not to delete and start over. I just roll with it.
