Bestial Claws can't be modified Isle of Siptah

[item Bestial Claws can’t be modified. Apparently this is a old bug back from Exiled Lands]

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Get Bestial Claws - legendary weapon
2.Upgrade it with for example weapon damage kit

They got nerfed a long time ago and since then you can not apply poison, specter coating or any kind of kit on them.

Would be cool if they would apply bleed on the last strike.
