Since you added the alchy recipe back to game theres now twice the black and white dye recipe in dye bench.
One comes from named alchemists (with gold frame around it), and other one seems to be included in all dyes from dye bench itself.
Not as important, but would be nice to make these dyes rare again with named alchy 
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.open dye bench and search black /white dye
2.find basic black n white dye recipe
3.put named alchy in it
4.find twice black and white dye
