Black Blood tools are now significantly weaker than they were. Bug?

Black Blood tools have very weak harvest power now. I have several sets of Black Blood tools, and all that I have tested are seeing very weak harvest rates. For example: A Black Blood Pick with an advanced tool upgrade kit and being used by a character with 30 survival would previously get 38-40 stone per hit, and now is getting 22-24, significantly weaker than Star Metal tools.

I recently moved back to an exiled lands server where I have a large stash from pre-siptah, so all tools are quite old. I haven’t tested it yet with newly farmed tools, and all tools tested have advanced tool upgrade kits attached.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Equip old Black Blood tools
  2. Go farming.
  3. Be saddened at very low harvest rates.

I just tried it in single-player and I get 30-32 stone per hit, with a Black Blood pick, advanced tool upgrate kit, and 30 survival. Same yield with obsidian pick, and 27-28 with a star metal pick and star metal pickaxe.
