Black Hand Vest and Aquilonian bug on the delving bench

[Delving bench do not work with Black Hand Vest and Aquilonian pieces of armour. So no new armour recipes]

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.Put an Aquilonian DLC armour ora a Black Hand Vest in Delving bench with the right amount of Eldarium
2.Nothing happen
