7 of 7 fighter thralls got accuracy and nerf an strength
Yep. Seems as though we cannot get any decent fighter perks anymore. Have leveled thrall after thrall on siptah and the fighters come out like archers, but their health is nice.
Happened to me also very irritating, better be a bug and not intended.
I go thru a lot of them until we find the lowest acc possible.
