Bug! Can’t Use DLC On different region

Problem: [Bug]
Region: [USA/UK]

[I can’t use American DLC on UK version of the game, I play USA PSN. I had to get refund cause I couldn’t use DLC]

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Buy UK Version of Gams
    2.Play On American Account
    3.Buy DLC On American Account
    4.DLC don’t work
