Hey my wife and I play with a UK version to get the full uncensored version, but purchased when we purchased all of the DLC including the isle of Septah we can’t access it. Is there a way to get it or do we have to purchase another us copy?
I should mention we imported the game from the UK.

Yes. You will need a US version of the game to use the DLC that was purchased on the US PSN store.
The playstation site has a guide with the full details on this.
Also, a bit of warning that your UK save file may not work with the US version, so be prepared to start over if you were playing offline.
