I logged in today to attempt to claim a Battlepass Challenge and received an error stating that I was unable to claim the reward. The challenge was to ‘Create a Weapon’, and to complete it, I created a DLC Bow (Epic Pictish) with a named thrall on a carpentry crafting station.
The Challenge displayed as completed, but when I clicked on the ‘Claim Reward’ button, I received a “Failed to claim Challenge: Craft Weapon. Please try again. If this error persists please contact customer support” error.
The server I’m on does use minimal mods, so after checking the forums, I noticed most of the suggestions were to attempt to access it without using mods. So I tried to log into one of the unmodded official servers, and now I get the following error when accessing the Challenges/Battlepass/Bazaar: “Failed to load the Challenges, Please restart your game to try again. If this issue persists, please contact customer support.”
I have tried to reload and even reinstall the game without any mods. The issue still persists.
Note: Due to this being a new account, I’m unable to post images, but the errors are pretty descriptive on their own.
I don’t usually have a lot of time to play, so I’ve been trying to complete the challenges early morning before/during work, and not being able to do so is putting a bit of a wrench in my plans to complete the battle pass.
