Love the map so far as I was just able to buy it however there is a piece of the map that lags or just completely messes up and will dashboard the game for me so I have to avoid the area however I don’t know how big the area is.
It appears to be the entire south and south-west area of the map.

Avoid the area. I discovered that the beach north of Rave in The Rubble is the southeast boundary of the lag death zone.
