[Bug Report] Purge Spawns Inside base despite unobstructed path

Server Name: Official Server #6437

Bug Description:

Purge spawns inside base. Path to base not obstructed and they have attacked from the ground before on several occasions. So far it’s been about a 50/50 whether they spawn inside/on top of the base or attack from the ground like they should.

Bug Reproduction:

Have a purge> have a good chunk of your base destroyed from firebombs because they spawned inside > watch as 2nd wave attacks from the ground…

I aways thought it was a bug but in the wiki says theres a chance to spawn on base, dont know exactly if it means inside buildings.
