Community member put a knocked out T4 Thrall with the name Hyam Hammerhand into a t2 Wheel of Pain near one of the exits at Sepemeru.
He added 7 stacks of fish for the Thrall to be fed with.
After 45 mins he went to check on the Thrall to see how far the conversion has gone and was able to witness how the Thrall vanished out of the Wheel Of Pain inventory. Completely and utterly gone.

There was no window warning popping up about Thralls removal while conversion would destroy it. Nor has the thrall been touched inside the Wheel of Pain. It only got opened!
I can provide Logs for the moment it happens if it is necessary. ( have it as a zip file available)
This is not the first time it has happened. What we can confirm that it only and solely has happened to T4 Thralls. Those out of cities as well as those acquired during a purge.
