Not sure if you guys ever played your playtests before but adding KO finishers to the game was the stupidest thing you could’ve done. It just brought about all new bugs.

Using light attacks to finish off some NPC’s, will take 3-4 hits to kill the last sliver because the game tries to go for the finisher, but the NPC heals enough health for you to use a normal animation attack, which causes the NPC to go back to the “finisher” state.. and repeat.

On top of the fact, when you’re doing the finisher it’s not like it stops the combat around you. You’re in the middle of fighting 3-4 NPC’s, instead of killing them you’re forced to try and attempt a finisher on 1, and by the time you’re done the other NPC’s are still attacking and mid-combo, nearly instantly killing the player.

Agree the Fatalities are pure crap.

I have died countless times when my character is moving slowly trying to do the finisher and unable to attack, while a bunch of nords are attacking me with hardened steel weapons. This system is crap.

You can’t take damage while doing the fatality animation. Not saying you can’t get ganged immediately after.

There are some instances were you cannot attack when the enemy is dizzy, no matter how many times you click the attack button, somehow your attack is blocked. In those instances you can receive damage

About K.O. finishers: It would be good if you could turn them on or off, depending on whether a player wants them or not.

That’s what I mean with the loop. When they’re in the finisher state if you don’t kill them quickly enough, they technically regen HP. So that’s the BS with going for a finisher, not being able to, attacking normal, putting them back into a finisher state.
