Every hour or two the game now crashes, use to crash once a day NOW after the “Update”/Crash date I’m crashing all the time Losing Bases, and HIGH level Thralls like My Dalinsia, well an hour later it crashed comming out of the SIlver mine Dungon I lost a lvl 17 cimmerian Berserker, and it BROKE my other one she is now Lvl capped at 18, and her perks say lvl 3 ,and 6 ,and the one for 10 is blacked out even though she is lvl 18
and to top it off 2 shards of power are missing from my inventory, and my just places Markos beast bane is gone too.

HOW DO I GET RID OF YOUR Crash update???
Cause it’s made the game SO MUCH WORSE
and I didn’t think THAT was Possible
but I guess I gave the Devs too much credit for making Garbage stink MORE
I’ve been told the rambling wanting to Curse at the Dev’s doesn’t get copied so just in case I copied and pasted it

Thx for trying to help but just FYI I already run in Performance mode, I don’t use any light sources but Radum lights to cut down on the flickering, and I try to limit my storage to three boxes. my biggest cost is crafting tables, and Thralls but how do you get rid of THEM??
I even keep my base size small ,most of them are one story house size with four or five beds crammed in.
The GAME FORCES you to have 10 plus crafting stations ,and Specialized thralls, and 50 ingredients to make anything.
So if anyone HAS ANY recommendations I’m NOT doing I would be thankful but really I think most of the problems are the fault of the Devs
and I have to say with the New Dune game coming out they should have done MORE a lot sooner. I WILL NEVER BUY DUNE after my experience with THIS SHIZ show of a game.
Even though I LOVE DUNE, and the game LOOKS Amazing but I KNOW they are all about the money ,and game Quality is sadly lacking

Playstation users are being milked from each side. We use to buy a console, buy a game (hard copy) and play it on single player whenever we wish.
Now we pay psn, optional cloud and the right to download a game, no more hard copies.
Our console capacity cannot handle many games so we have to uninstall a lot just to play Conan exiles.
And guess what? After a period of time we have to deal with these situations

The game is exceedingly poorly optimized for PS4.
While it didn’t start that way, between years of spaghetti code, numerous middleware (the people who port updates from PC to console format) providers of dubious distinction, and the current general shovelware quality of updates… The game on PS4 runs just a bit more smoothly than Cyberpunk 2077 did upon it’s release.
Furthermore, especially in offline mode, the poor PStato is doing the full duty of a server. What could be done years ago, the game has been developed away from.
Now, is this acceptable that they continue to sell a game on a platform that cannot run it reliably? No, not at all. They should have, long ago, done as CDProjekt Red did and create a final update for PS4. A stable one that functions.
But the issue is, they don’t have a PS5 version of the game. And they do not want to lose out on revenue from that platform, but also have no will to make a PS5 version.
To be certain, this one loathes that they blithely dismiss concerns that they have developed into an inoperable state the game for platforms they sold it on, with no option to revert to a more stable build that the system it was purchased on can handle.
But that’s what it is.
The only thing that this one has found that helps at all is to basically remove everything else.
This game is a memory hog.
For the PS4 to even begin to run it for more than a few minutes in single player, it will need every scrap of memory you can free up.
Basically, uninstall everything else from the system.
Acquire an external memory upgrade (yes you mentioned not wanting to spend more money, but for anyone else looking it is an option, not a good one).
Then it might work.
It is a miserable and unfortunate state of affairs.

yeah I actually have an external memory ,and my last crash actually caused harm to my memory, and had to let the system do a repair on it so I could use it.
since that I have stopped playing ,I’m hoping the April? update will adress some of the more pressing issues while I’m considering a 3 month ps membership to see is servers will help lighten the load, but I’m worried about my wifi it loses signal once a day at random times ,and I’m worried about my body being left out in the open on a server LoL

Fellow Singleplayer here @clonereb74, predominantly offline. Although I play on ps5, it does not run especially well on it either. I wish I could offer you a sound solution that works, but unfortunately I cannot, because as far as I am aware one does not exist. The ps4 especially is really struggling, as I) we did not get an optimization patch like Xbox did (BOO!!), and II) because Conan Exiles has outgrown the ps4’s capabilities over time. Upgrading to ps5 will help, but it will not be a solve all. I can only offer you some very generic suggeestions and hope you will strike it lucky. Here is the list I have been sharing with other members.
