Building stability config on dedicated server

I’m just wondering if there are any config options relating to the building stability system that can be used on dedicated servers?

I’d like to be able to do something like increase the base stability of 100 to perhaps 140 or 160, or instead reduce the amount of stability removed by each building piece from 20 to perhaps 15.

Does anything like this exist?
