I have some buildings just vanishing, for two times i had a derketo temple tier 3 just vanishing, and now i have, for the second time, lost a Transportory Stone.
Provide more details. What type of server and what is its decay timer setting? What was the decay timer on the temple when you last visited it? Was it built on foundations or right on the ground, and if on foundations, how many of building pieces were attached to them? How long were you absent since last visit to it? Where exactly was it built? (Was it close to any of the obelisks?)
So i play in the official server #6308 - PVE only
i believe it has no decay timer, i never once needed to repair any one of my buildings.
It was build in some roofs, with columns underneat, on the second floor of my main base, right besides my bedroom, and i play every day, just to make sure nothing vanishes from absent days.

Ok, first of all decay timer is always on on every official server, and it doesn’t damage your structures - it makes them vanish if you don’t log on long enough. The decay timer can be checked with a repair hammer.
Plus the decay timer is shared evenly between building pieces and every placeable, so either they remain stable or decay all together if you don’t log on for a very long time.
The fact that the altar decayed or, as we know it, lost stability but other pieces remained stable is very weird and shouldn’t happen. Happened to me a couple of times too, when suddenly some wall of pillar just loses stability and decays while I’m offline. That was a known bug which eventually got fixed. Or… at least until your case.
Check event log too btw, what does it say
Understood about decay timer, thanks for the explanation, but the temple and transportary stone were the two last things i builded, doens’t make sense they disappear and other things i builded like 1 year ago still remains, the event log doesn’t say anything about the two buildings deterioration, it does says about some wooden doors, and torchs losing stability, but thats all.
I just rebuild for the third time the transportary stone, lets see if it remains!
ok i DEFINITELY need help, this thing keeps vanishing without any reason! Time to expire 335 HOURS, and in less than 1 day it simply vanished again, for the third time! This is getting tired, and i’m losing the will to play this game again.
Need someone from funcom to solve this problem urgent.

Could you let me know if you use any mods? If so, does this issue occur when they are off?

Hi @Sarealac, so i do not use any mod at all, this has happened for some buildings in this base only, that’s what really strange, sending a picture of the position, it’s near the Harbor of the Twice Drowned!

So, the vanishing is still happening, over and over again, if i do not visit the transportary stone for 1 day, if simple vanishes, its gettinf really frustating this, i need to constantly travel by foot to rebuild the stones, all the other things remain there, only the transportary stones vanishes, it is not getting the 7 day decay timing right.
It just happened again with another transportary stone, and looking in the events log it doesn’t show anything besides server off, and server on two times in 20 minutes, witch happens everyday i guess, but i think this turn off and on is causing this disappearing of my constructions, I need a explanation for whats going on, i feel like i’m just wasting my time playing this game, doing the same thing over and over again.
