Can I transfer my character too or from a official testlive server.
From or to another testlive server, probably.
From or to a live server, almost certainly not. I can’t say that with 100% confidence without actually trying, but I’m still like 99.9% confident.
I doubt testlive is ever the same patch as live. Even if nothing changes from the last testlive patch until it goes live, there is probably still a different patch identifier which would result in a mismatch.

I could potentially see from live to testlive being a possibility. As in, it’s something they might decided to allow, not that it is currently possible.
From testlive to live? Absolutely not. Nobody does this, as far as I know. There’s just far too many potential technical and balance issues involved.
