I cant play since patch was downloaded, can I uninstal it in anyway???

There are some guides how to downgrade game’s versions on steam, you can google them. Not sure if it works for Conan Exiles or not but I must warn you that you won’t be able to play online and you will likely lose access to all your DLCs. You won’t be able to use the mods that have been updated either unless you have an old version available (many modders only provide the previous version for a short period of time after they update their mods).
