I purchased expansions and 2 aditional character slots using steam. Steam offers much more payment options for my country. Can i sub on AoC using steam?
In order to take advantage of the Steam Wallet for AoC, you need to be using an account that was setup through Steam’s AoC page. Unfortunately the Steam Wallet can only be used for the purchase of Funcom Points and not game subscriptions. If you are certain your account has been created through Steam and should be able to use the Steam Wallet for purchases please go to help.funcom.com so we can take a closer look at your account and troubleshoot the error with you.
