I know we cant repair them…I was told there is a rare blacksmith thrall that can,but he/she only spawns during a purge. Can anyone confirm this?

Yes, though the one we had was spawned by an Admin, Artificer Galen, as a tournament reward. Artificer Galen - Official Conan Exiles Wiki
Those Thralls can craft Legendary Weapon Repair Kits, which can repair any item.

We really need another way to get legendary blacksmiths work for us tho.
With the purge mostly broken or happening 99% of the time while we are offline, the chances to get these guys repairing our legendaries are close to zero on official servers.
How many of you guys succeded in getting one of them without adm or on official servers ?
