Can Not Pick-up Debris on Beaches!

The Wood, Sticks, Stones, etc. scattered along the beach fronts, about 10 feet or so (game feet) from the water’s edge and into the water in many places are not interactable and can not be picked up. This is along the whole beach area around the main island it is hit or miss. It has pretty much been this way since the start of 2.4

(Pictures are before the npc beach camp and after. The West of the camp you cannot pick up for quite a going West of camp, going East of camp works as intended (3rd pic))
