On ps5, official EL server I tried capturing thralls at Sinner’s refuge, including Deidre Deathbringer, with the hand made truncheon but she took so much damage that I killed her before she was anywhere near knocked out. This means that we can’t collect thralls at low levels.

Truncheon is not supposed to to do health damage to npcs now. Have farmed alot of people from Sinners refuge lately. More information please can test when I wake back up
This was yesterday. Deirdre was at the entrance. I am around level 20 so just the hand crafted truncheon. I blocked her with a shield but hit her with the truncheon and her health went down faster than her knockout bar. Official 3534.
I went up to get video. This time I was able to knock the thrall out before killing him, but barely. See below.

T1 truncheon has always done damage and it has always killed T4s before knocking them out.
If you have a tinkers bench make a blunt fitting for it.
None the less working as intended.
