Can we have a separate game client for Testlive? I need to survive the Norwegian July Shutdown

I want to be able to play testlive, while refreshing my timers on offcial live, without having to constantly toggle around with a few Gigabyte large update.

I think this is the only way I can mentally endure a Patch-less July.
