Hello. I recently stopped playing conan exiles I have my own server rented so I canceled my subscription on my Microsoft account. But im still being charged. I went to my gportal account and sure enough my server that i thought i cancelled last month is still running. So i try to cancel it on the gportal website i go to the payment options and nothing is there to cancel? I dont want to have to black list gportal on my credit card.
This isn’t the place for this. G-portal is a separate entity. You’ll need to speak with them.

They have a customer service number on site best thing is to call and talk to a person
