Unable to terminate private server

So I’ve had a GPORTAL server with Conan for 4 months and frankly, I’m sick of it. The numbers started off 40/40 and has declined to 0 for the past 3 weeks. I’ve even turned it from pve to PvE-C to pvp, boosted, etc, it remains dead.

I can’t reach gportal and I get no communication within their community.
I have 48 days left with my contract with them and I want to terminate the server and my contract. Any suggestions pleasr?

If you havent set it to auto renew, why not just wait for the time to run out. If you dont want the server to be online just turn it off until then. In addition, if you turn the CE server off, you can use the time to set up a server for another game e.g Ark, Rust, etc.

If you have set it on auto-renewal, then turn the option off and your server will be deleted 5!? days after the pre-paid time runs out.
