Since Sunday I cannot claim my daily rewards anymore. The last time I was able to claim a daily reward was on Friday, not sure about Saturday because I didn’t try. Whenever I try to claim them, the appropriate picture goes bright but then nothing happens. As if I would be stuck in a lagspike (see picture). However I can play the game fine, both pve and pvp.
The client is up to date. I went through the process of restoring the database twice. I do use strangeui. However, removing it didn’t change anything. The answer I received on my petition was that there doesn’t seem to be an issue with my account and that it must be client related. That’s possible I guess, I didn’t make a change to my AoC install for a long time though.
Hi Hvall, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble claiming daily login rewards and I apologize that we weren’t able to help you directly with this in-game.
If fully resetting your interface to the default did not help, I’d also recommend temporarily disabling your firewall and antivirus software before restarting the game. If you’re using a VPN or proxy service, please disable it, as well. Sometimes, these services can cause unexpected connectivity issues within the game. If you aren’t sure if you’re using a VPN or proxy service, you likely aren’t using one, but your network administrator would be able to tell you for sure.
If you’re still unable to claim a daily login reward after taking these steps, I highly recommend submitting an email support ticket - this will allow us to escalate you to a specialist for further investigation.
