Cannot Complete Journey Step: Survive a sand storm outside a shelter

Sand storm seems to be bugged. Sometimes a sandstorm doesn’t even do damage. Other times is does, but when the sand storm mask is equipped, the “sand storm” notification in the upper left just disappears and the journey step is not competed. This has happened quite a few times lately.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Take damage from sand storm
  2. equip breathing mask
  3. “Sand Storm” notification in upper-left corner disappears
  4. Journey step not completed

Try putting it on before you take damage.
