Cannot delete fully upgraded temple built on the ground by other clans

I tried the new bug report template but it didn’t work. So, I copied the old one…

Platform: Xbox Series X
Issue Type: Gameplay
Game Mode: Online Private
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: Lord Quaymar’s Lands

Bug Description: As an admin, I destroyed an abandoned base that was not mine but there is a fully upgraded temple on the ground that cannot be destroyed. It just says that it cannot be picked up. I tried turning PvP on and blowing it up, summoned gods, used a keyboard and nothing works. Also tried using ghost mode and went underneath it and still cannot delete it.

Lastly, I turned on decay and the timer never drops like it just keeps refreshing itself.

Bug Reproduction: Attempt to delete a fully upgraded temple built on bare ground that has been abandoned and does not belong to you.

There is someone who runs into exactly the same problem.

My suggestion was to blow it up or set the no ownership option temporarily true and remove it like it is your clan.

The post is in German and I don’t know if helps. Maybe @magneto can give some feedback?

@magneto Konntest du den Altar irgendwie beseitigen?

Edit:
How do you try to delete the altar? Building hammer or radial menu?
I can only delete my own shrines with the radial menu option. I don’t know how it works as admin.
Did you also try the creative mode?

The no ownership option sounds promising. I will try that.

Some one else is having the same problem I think on ps4. I have never had to remove a altar on our server’s. Exiles server is old shows days on server screen Siptah much newer does not show days and decay does not seem to work properly
Reset with server reset every day. I feel it’s related. @Quaymar

Just a thought, considering that you’re admin. Spawn the required materials and a priest, summon a god. I haven’t used altars for a long time, but from what I remember, the altar would dismantle after crafting the token.

Greetings Exiles,

Thank you for bringing our attention to this!

I’ve passed this information over to the rest of the team so we can investigate it even further.
