Has anyone had an issue with NOT being able to login on the website but you CAN login on the game? Seems usually the issue is the opposite.
This account is only around a month old but I have a very old account that I can login with fine both in the game and on the website.
I did a password reset and the issue is the same. Now i need to use a crazy password to login to the game when I want to play.
Seems like any new account i make. I cannot login on the website. But they work in the game and I can play. This is an issue though because how would i want to give Funcom money for a sub or activate an expansion? Not that I really should because they dont seem to respect their old games that people still want to play and give money to. Shame, amazing game even if flawed, terrible management.
Now my very old original account that was just working no longer works. My brother was also able to login to his old account the other day, now no longer works. I guess the site is going through some issues.
In game still works.
SOLVED: Sorta. I am able to login on my phone
I am not able to login on any of my home computers
The weird thing is I was able to login to my old account on the computer yesterday while my newer accounts didnt work.
Now none of my accounts work on the computer. Only on the phone.
This is for the website only. Logging into game works fine on all accounts.
