Cannot Reove Building Item from Hotbar

I dragged a building item (sandstone wedge foundation) from my building menu to my hotbar. Now I cannot remove it, leaving me with only 7 usable spaces. How can I remove it?

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Drag an item from the building menu to the hotbar.
  2. Try to remove it.

Drag the item on your hotbar to a tool in your inventory to swap them to get rid of it. Or Vice Versa
