Hello! I can’t buy buy patron status. It looks like my account has a spending limit. I wrote to support, created a petition in the game, but as expected, there was no answer anywhere. I hope someone from Funcom support will read this thread soon.

if steam client remember to have steam overlay on. otherwise have a valid payment option. if you pay trough hipay some people experience it takes a long time. other then that posting ticket in here doesnt help you need to wait. probably after weekend at least because they have normal working hours
If you’re using a newly created account you may have to wait a few days for the restrictions to be lifted.
In the past, people have reported that making a smaller purchase first (e.g. the lowest amount of aurum) and waiting for that payment to clear will speed things along, but that’s not guaranteed.
Thank you. I’ll try to make the minimum purchase of Aurum if support doesn’t respond soon. I’ve been waiting for a response from them for a week now.
