I have trying to complete the challenges and claim my rewards as I level up. I have been able to claim the free eye patch and thats it. Could someone please look into this?

You did buy the battlepass, yes? Otherwise the free items are all you’ll be able to claim.

hi mate, I wasnt sure about this either theres another post where one of the customer service reps confirmed that you need to buy the battle pass to claim the rewards.

Thank you both for your replies and no i haven’t as I thought in their livestream they said you could earn the battle pass cost {Crom coins} threw the challenges? Did I miss understand? If so then I am a little unhappy with this as I play Conan Exiles in my spare time as a mother of four children. I have always supported and defended Funcom, but now this has left me disheartened.

Dont be disheartened, there are two key things you need to remember here:

You pay the $10 battle pass and if you can complete challenges you will earn enough crom coins to pay for the next battlepass which in theory means its a one time purchase… note I said in theory because it does require you to complete enough challenges to aquire enough tokens to pay for the next battlepass. But even then this is not entirely terrible because…

You dont NEED to pay any money to keep playing the game or to experience the new content. If you have gone this long without buying a DLC and still enjoying the game then why should the battlepass upset you?
So keep that chin up. Dealing with 4 kids is tough, enjoy the time you set aside for yourself you deserve it

In fact you may just cheat and get 5 “x10” challenges daily in SP with Admin mode It will give you from 2100 to 2900 points, so 2-3 BP levels daily.
