Hello, i bought battlepass and making challenges but except free rewards, i don t know if i got other rewards. It says can be found in ancestral knowledge but i see nothing else classic knowledges boxes.
Any feedeback is appreciated

The battlepass is disabled on the public beta client. I’m not sure how you managed to do that to begin with

Did you claim the rewards? You have to do that manually on the Battle Pass screen.
Open the Battle Pass screen:
Click on the reward you want to claim:
And then press the Claim Reward button:
have claimed all rewards and nothing except free ones. I just finished one with crom coins and my account stays at 1200 coins not adding 120 from reward.
Can you post a screenshot of your Battle Pass screen?

You don’t own the battlepass. You have enough coins for it, but you have to select “buy battle pass” to get it

Are you sure you bought the Battle Pass? I’m asking because you have the “Buy Battle Pass” button on your screen:
If you’re sure you bought it, then you should open a Zendesk ticket to ask Funcom for help. Make sure to select “In-game purchase” as the request type.

My god not so simple …
Now it works, thought i bought it by paying but 1 step missing.
