Can't connect to 1977 for days. Where are the developers?

We are unable to connect to the only official Exiled Lands PVE-C server with a viable ping for our region, complaints through Zendesk simply serve absolutely NOTHING (and the threads were being closed, advising us to use Zendesk as well… for this to be valid, it needs to work first).

DAYS of not being able to connect, soon, an entire week, this includes people buying the game because of the discount or simply trying to give it a go because of the free trial.

We are literally PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE and this delay of days is simply being an ABSURD neglect.

If, in the best case scenario, this problem is solved, I can imagine how fearful people will be waiting for the next problem and the next neglect.

Hi there, if you spam the ticketing system with duplicate tickets, then they will end up getting closed with no reply. I am currently seeing 1977 as up with a few players on, but is conspicuously underpopulated compared to the other Brazil servers at this time. Will look into it.

Yes, since the problem started, we noticed that there are always 4 or 5 people online, the average was 20 people, we don’t know how these people are managing to connect, but one person in this thread said that they managed to connect normally, although practically almost all players who attend the server daily are not getting it… please help us, we have been waiting for a long time

It is worth mentioning that, always after the daily restart of the server, we were able to connect for a few minutes, which only lasts while we are online, after these minutes, the problem returns and it is not possible to reconnect.

Thank you for the report. We are aware of yours and others’ reports on 1977, although I do not have further information at this time.

The loading bar comes to an end but accessing the game does not happen
access to registered on the server, even the game not loading
