Can't locate any named Zath T4 priests on any map

Can’t locate any named Zath T4 priests on any map… I can find Dancer of Zath, Apostle of Zath, and Priest of Zath, but no named T4 Zath priests. I even looked at spawning one in, but I don’t see any in the admin controls either.

Is this a bug or am I just not seeing it?

Search orchid in the admin panel and yes they do have potential spawns on both maps.
