Zath T4 Priest Spawns are WAY too rare (6 in 876, or 0.68%) when I tested

Bug Description:

I have instant kill and instant spawn in admin mode, I am testing to see how often T4 Zath priests spawn at Mitra’s Serenity. There are only two that spawn, and I could only get either of them to spawn 6/876 times. I know that this data isn’t extensive, but I think it’s clear that they are excessively rare, especially if you want a Confessor for the Zathite Spear.

Expected Behavior:

There is a realistic chance to get a T4 Zath Priest

  1. Step 1 Farm priests for days
  2. Step 2 Experiment with admin powers
